A new design direction
Touchpoint Design
The brief
Sue came to me as an independent designer knowing that she had the potential to grow a design business and to work with more challenging, high value clients. She very specifically asked for help clarifying her business plan and proposition.
What happened
I worked with Sue over nine months and during that period we focused on clarifying her options for business models and her own areas of expertise and interest. We developed her confidence and approach to new business, networking and general connectedness in the industry. We co-created a clear strategy and direction for her business. During that process Sue rebranded and moved from being ‘Sue Bush Design’ to ‘Touchpoint Design’ and has since secured new contracts with Inside Asia Tours, the American Museum in Britain and the London Mathematical Society, as well as consolidating on her existing client base.
Touchpoint Design is now a limited company with a core team of three, supported by a strong network of specialists. Sue is much more confident in her abilities and is able to command respect and value for her work. Her business continues to grow.
( I asked Sue to design this website!)
“Emma is insightful and motivational. I’d go so far as to say that she has changed the course of my career and my attitude towards it. I thought she’d simply help me write a business plan for my design business, she did so much more than that. Emma has armed me with valuable insights and a new confidence.”
