The brief
I’m currently working with the Senior Leadership Team at BBC Digital, London and Salford, designing a Coaching and Development programme for 20 Creative Directors throughout BBC Digital Division.
We start our research phase in June 2016 so it’s too early to say what’s happening but I’m very excited to be working with a bunch of great creatives and collaborating with a number of other coaches and trainers as I pull together the programme over the coming months.
Project Awesomeness will deliver a mix of coaching and training in a whole heap of areas including; emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, communication, candid rigour, creative optimism, resilience, persuasion, delegation, mindfulness, authenticity and much more!
